We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, health spending or flexible spending accounts. Payment is due at the time of service, and can be paid in person or online through the practice’s secure patient portal.
Health insurance can be complicated, and each person’s plan has different coverage for outpatient mental health services. Contact us for more information and to inquire about whether we are able to take your insurance for specific services.

Magellan Health provides mental health and substance abuse coverage for Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO Blue Advantage members. If you purchased your Blue Cross Blue Shield policy from the Healthcare Exchange or Healthcare.gov, you probably have Magellan for your mental health benefits. If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield, contact us today to verify whether your mental health benefits are provided through Magellan.

Employee Assistance Programs
If you are concerned about the cost of counseling, contact your human resources department to see if they offer an Employee Assistance Program. EAPs contract with local mental health professionals to provide counseling services to their members at no cost to the employee. If we are not contracted with your health insurance company, contact us to see if we are able to work with your EAP.

Morneau Shepell- EAP provider for employees who work for Denton Independent School District
Magellan EAP- EAP provider for employees who work for PACCAR/Peterbilt Motor Company
Self Pay Pricing
Individual Counseling: $125 per 50 minute session
Couples Counseling: $150 per 90 minute session
Family Counseling: $150 per 60-90 minute session
Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention: $500 total cost, includes 8 sessions ($50 each), intake appointment, meditation cushion and program supplies
EMDR: $100 per 50 minute session
A discount is available to qualified students, active duty military, and veterans. Documentation of school enrollment or military ID is required. Some exclusions may apply.
