Supervision for Licensed Professional Counselor Associates

I have been providing supervision for therapists, including undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate interns and associates since 2008. I enjoy the supervision relationship and teaching you the necessary skills to be a successful Licensed Professional Counselor. I will work collaboratively with you to meet your professional goals, whether in private practice, with an agency, or as part of a group practice.

Counselor Supervision

Philosophy of Supervision
The supervisor conceptualizes supervision as open, collaborative, and clinically focused. Additionally, with a focus on self-care, relevant self-of-the-counselor issues, clinical/client concerns, and honesty. The supervisor utilizes an integrated approach to therapy and will aid in the development of the supervisees ability to conceptualize from multiple theoretical orientations, in order for the supervisee to understand the systemic influences on their client’s presenting issues.

Fees
My fee for supervision is $300 per month. I also require that you carry malpractice insurance and a membership to the Texas Counseling Association or American Counseling association.
