Pricing & Costs

We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, health spending or flexible spending accounts. Payment is due at the time of service, and can be paid in person or online through the practice’s secure patient portal.

Individual Counseling: $150 per 55 minute session
Couples Counseling: $225 per 90 minute session
Family Counseling: $225 per 90 minute session
EMDR: $150 per 55 minute session

Good Faith Estimates

Effective January 1, 2022, a ruling went into effect called the No Surprises Act which requires practitioners to provide a Good Faith Estimate about out-of-network care. The Good Faith Estimate works to show the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service, a diagnosis, and a reason for therapy. Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act (PHSA), Doorish Counseling is required to provide this estimate because we do not accept insurance nor file claims on a client’s behalf.
